Return Policy

This Return Policy is established in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

No Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not offered under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns
  •  Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  •  The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  •  Products that have been opened, used, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Manufacturing Defects
  •  In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  •  Clear evidence, such as photos or videos, may be required for assessment.
  •  If the defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued. No exchanges will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
  •  Opened or used products.
  •  Products damaged as a result of improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
  •  Return requests submitted after the allowed return period.

Refunds
  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  •  Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

General Terms
  •  The store reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.
  •  By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return Policy.
